Profile

My fascination with cemeteries began aged 4, as I walked to primary school through our local cemetery. I saw it as a place of fascination, adventure and discovery. I remember vividly the first Chinese gravestone that appeared on this northern English hillside, and how impossibly exotic it seemed: it even had a picture of the deceased man!

A long time later, I've visited and photographed dozens of cemeteries in London, and love to explore further abroad via the net.
